The truth is out there

Cats purposely assembled on Musk’s SpaceX’s Starlink satellite receiver in snow. (image: Twitter/@Tippen22)
As if you needed any more proof cats are aliens from outer space.
This crew apparently decided after centuries of their spacecraft crash being ignored, a rescue is imminent from their mothership. (Wonder if they will be beamed up by the scruff of their neck?) Looks like a snow go.
Inquiring minds want to know:
Is that the real reason there was a mysterious seven minute full ground stop of aircraft on the west coast airports yesterday?
If North Korea’s missile launch scrubbed this rescue attempt, claws will be out and fang-fang will become a serious security threat.
Things are heating up. (Tech Times discussion of Snow melt mode here.)
But we know when we see a “Nothing to see here; move along” look when we see it.
Tooth and nail, the Truth is out there….

(Blog time is currently/sadly abbreviated. Hopeful schedule will return shortly….RC Canine Molly is putting a full ground beef stop until she has time to review the Realm’s management handbook….and hints on careful removal of nails from between computer keys. She is also taking the “Walk Staff twice a day for their health” mandate much too seriously…it does not say staff is to be marched for hours on end until every blade of neighborhood grass is checked, analyzed, and noted…)
Oh come on, you know you need the exercise.

But every single blade of grass? Inventorying in advance of Orange Invaders is a bit much…altough cat this rate we may have it all viewed and accounted for by then!
Thanks for sauntering along

Intriguing, as a certain Vulcan would say. Have noticed Hershey’s intense study of the West-Northwest skies over the past several days as well as a noticeable increase in demanded treats. If they are to be rescued, hope it is before the next auto-shipment from Chewy!

Will any leftover Greenies be also air lifted? (Of course supplies will be needed on board) really need to keep and eye on this…might be quite a sight to behold!

Love those cats up on the Starlink satellite. Leave it to Musk to come up with a heated satellite. Leave it to cats to figure out its value for more cat-like purposes. We have Starlink here, and it is great given our home in the boonies— far outstripping the competition in uploading and downloading speed. And it easily kept operating through the recent snowstorm! Ours is up on our roof. Had it been on the ground, maybe a bob cat would have found it a treat. Or worse, a cougar a place to rest its head while waiting fir a deer to come by! 🙂 –Curt

Musk is always surprising and entertaining. Good to hear about your experience with Starlink – internet is a concern with some of the properties we have been looking at.
Your wildlife uses are hilarious ( and realistic!) Thanks for heating up a comment to leave

I saw that and sent the link to Curt and Peggy, who have Starlink. He said no problem, since theirs is on the roof, but if you look around, you can find various large birds setting up housekeeping on the things!

Talk about big birds – we spotted one of the local eagles hunting/fishing over a small lake by the dog fields this morning. Couldn’t miss it or misidentify it – huge and that white head and neck. Swooped right over the car. We had to stop and watch until it moved on (crossing fingers the local cats were alert to what was watching.) Thanks for poking Curt – we’ve been wondering how Starlink worked – right now it depends which latitude you are in…they are slowly pitching them up there. Could be a real game changer for so many.

She’s the queen of smiles for sure. Besides the weather is nice right now – gotta trot while the trotting is mild and dry. Thanks for grinning along

Awesomely entertaining post! I’ve meant to check into Starlink – we’re got terrible AT&T internet service here. Other companies are even worse with customer service. We don’t see many cats, but we do tend to have more trouble with raccoons back here in the woods – using the heated bird bath on the back porch at night. I’ve often checked the Starlink Satellite Tracker website to discover what times to view the “train” of satellites crossing the sky. I first viewed them while in Nebraska with family. I’ve been hooked ever since.

A couple of other bloggers use Starlink and are happy with it. Right now, it depends which latitude you are whether service is available – we are watching it too as we look at property. Keep tossing those satellites s up, Musk ( although many are grumbling about them…Starlink may be a big game changer for many. Fingers crossed. Thanks for tracking stories here!

Smart cats! Maybe they are waiting for a bird to land.

It better be a big bird or that would be cat scratch fever for sure.

Good to hear that Molly is taking her new responsibility seriously. Herding humans is very hard.

It would be a lot easier if humans didn’t have to stop and put on shoes…and always had the coats already on.
